Rachel Smith is a senior consultant and the Director of Digital Facilitation Services for The Grove Consultants International, a San Francisco-based firm that offers services and tools to help organizations envision and implement change. She works with groups both face-to-face and virtually, using visual facilitation techniques to help clients see the big picture and move toward their destination. She also offers graphic recording services, either digital or paper-based, for conferences and keynotes, and coaches visual practitioners as they learn to work in the digital realm.
